Back in February 2015, we profiled Luxembourg-based Fanzpic, which was founded by Ivo Kanev and offers football fans a place to share their favorite photos from the match. Now, Kanev tells about OneBit Survey Master, developed by the Bulgarian company OneBit Software, which is their latest product.
As the name of the product suggests, OneBit Survey Master enables businesses to use a drag-and-drop format to create surveys and obtain customer feedback. And then, as customers complete the surveys, the customer can access a dashboard, which offers detailed reports.
OneBit Survey Master is available for free to trial users (up to 10 questions), but those interested in something more will need to pay $84.99 per user. If that is insufficient, they offer an enterprise-level option at a custom price. In addition to the difference in the number of questions available, the plans differ in allowing users to export results, to add additional administrators, add custom branding to the interface, obtain one license for the entire organization, integrate with 3rd-party services, invite by groups, and more.
At the moment, this is the website for the OneBit Survey Master platform, but Kanev says that they intend to launch a new, dedicated site for the platform in the near future.
The first version of OneBit Software Survey Master launched over 2 years ago, bringing in more than 5,000 PRO users, including customers like Coca Coca, popular banking institutions, and telecoms. And now, the company is planning to unveil the 3rd edition of the service, due to drop by the end of June. This new version is expected to include an improved UI, separate surveys and a campaign designer, additional options for sending personalized invitations, and more.
As OneBit Survey Master is developed by a software company, the developers of this service have been able to avoid taking in any external funding.
