Amazon’s European user numbers are not disclosed. It has over 215 million account holders in the US as of today.

Amazon takes 3.4% commission over each transaction and a £0.20 or less ‘standard fee’ in Europe. The figures are 2.9% and $0.30 (or less) respectively for the USA. It does not charge for any other service like setup, cancellation, refunds or fraud protection.
