The leading last minute hotel booking app HotelTonight announced that it has added more than 80 new destinations in Europe, bringing the total number to 130 cities in 18 countries across the continent. New additions includes a number of summer travel hotspots like the French Riviera, the Amalfi Coast, Bodrum and Tenerife.
As of today, the company claims over 2.5 million European downloads with 554% year over year growth in European bookings.
As a part of the expansion, the booking platform also released insider travel tips and recommendations for the summer months. According to HotelTonight’s predictions, London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Barcelona will be the most popular destinations for August in Europe. The website tips that the prices in Geneva, Stockholm, Zurich, the French Riviera will be steep next month, advising vacationers to head elsewhere for a less costly last minute holiday.
